A Alcoa está com uma oportunidade para Conservadora(or) de Via Permanente na área da Manutenção Ferroviária, na unidade de Juruti (PA).
A pessoa selecionada será responsável por realizar operação de equipamentos de pequeno porte para manutenção ferroviária, assegurando a otimização da produtividade e o alinhamento às diretrizes da companhia.
Outras responsabilidades importantes incluem:
* Realizar operação de equipamentos de pequeno porte para manutenção ferroviária (TP8, Tirefonadeira, esmerilhadora, máquina de furar trilho, policorte, autoportante...);
* Realizar todos os serviços relacionados a manutenção, conservação e remodelação/construção de via permanente;
* Executar o corte de trilho com policorte ou maçarico, furo no trilho, esmerilhamento e auxiliar a execução de solda Aluminotérmica;
* Realizar manutenção e conservação dos caminhos de rolamentos (superestrutura e infraestrutura) das máquinas de pátios (Empilhadeiras, Retomadora e Shiploader);
* Realizar atividades de obra civil para construção e reparo canaletas, decidas d’água, bueiros, cercas e outros;
* Realizam limpeza manual de canaletas, bueiros, descidas/escadas d’águas (Drenagem em geral);
* Encarrilhamento de veículos ferroviários, montagem, lubrificação e manutenção de AMV’s, juntas (biselamento), aparelhos de manobras, alívio de tensão térmica, socaria manual e/ou semimecanizada;
* Recolhimento, empilhamento, carga, transporte, descarga e distribuição de trilhos, dormentes de concreto, dormentes de madeira e fixações;
* Auxiliam na carga e descarga de materiais/insumos, máquinas e equipamentos do caminhão guindauto para realização da manutenção da via permanente;
* Realizar o tratamento das WO no sistema, assim como seguir todo protocolo REX;
* Realizar atendimento a ocorrências ferroviárias.

Job Description
Responsible for leading pricing strategy execution and optimization across commercial channel.
This role provides advanced analytical support, develops pricing tools and models, and delivers ad-hoc insights to drive profitability and efficiency.
Plays a key role in mentoring junior analysts and analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives, define business rules and propose strategic solution aligned with commercial objectives
Responsibilities
* Generate, process, and update pricing reports (e.g., commercial discounts results, gross margin impact, sales performance).
Maintain and manage pricing systems, tools and models (Customer File, PROS, etc.).
* Implement and load discounts and pricing plans in stores.
Manage and apply business rules for commercial overrides.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, gross margin, tier pricing, overrides, CR%, lookups commercial performance and customer behavior.
Monitor key pricing KPIs, competitor intelligence and deliver actionable insights to the Merchandising and Commercial teams
* Lead the optimization of enhanced pricing, national account, new modeling and develop logic for new pricing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
Design and implement tools and dashboards to support continuous improvement.
* Support and propose strategic pricing initiatives and commercial improvement opportunities.
Deliver ad-hoc pricing analyses to identify and quantify business opportunities.
* Coach and mentor Pricing Specialist and Junior roles, supporting their technical development and ensuring alignment with pricing best practices.
