What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 2 years of experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously of varying scope and size
* 2 years of experience using project management software
* Microsoft Office experience
It'd be great if you also have:
* Advanced degree in Project Management, Supply Chain or related field
* Ability to travel up to 30%
* PMP certification
* Lean Six Sigma certification
* Experience in a transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment
* Solid understanding of professional services economics, and experience with change management processes
