Job Summary
Provides Nationwide title services.
Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Job Responsibilities
* Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property title
* Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
* Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
* Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
* Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
* Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
* Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
* Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
* Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
* Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
* High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
Experience
* Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience

à propos du rôle :
Le chargé de projets majeurs est imputable de livrer les résultats attendus pour ce projet dans le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité, conformément aux exigences dâAlcoa.
Il gèrera toutes les activités ainsi que les ressources internes/externes de ce projet en sâassurant de satisfaire ou de dépasser les attentes de ses clients.
Alcoa â Bécancour : Le projet consiste à installer une nouvelle gamme de produits à valeur ajoutée.
Pour atteindre ces objectifs, le gestionnaire de grands projets sera impliqué dans le projet dès la phase de revue technique (FEL3) et sera responsable de gérer et de coordonner tous les processus suivants du projet : phase d'exécution jusqu'à l'achèvement de la phase de clôture, en assurant un transition sûre et efficace.
*Le lieu de travail peut varier selon le projet (Amérique du Nord).
Les principales responsabilités du poste comprennent :
* Diriger, mobiliser et définir les rôles des collaborateurs au projet incluant les équipes multidisciplinaires, les fournisseurs, les firmes dâingénierie affiliées et les sous-traitants;
* Identifier les priorités, les communiquer et présenter régulièrement la progression du projet aux dirigeants du groupe « Global Management Capital » dâAlcoa avec les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI);
* Sâassurer de la mise en place et du respect des plans de sécurité et des formations élaborés pour les entrepreneurs et participer aux examens et aux audits de sécurité;
