Jako Continues Improvement Lead budete odpovědni za implementaci LEAN Six Sigma a OPEX principů, digitalizaci výroby a realizaci úsporných programů v našem výrobním závodě v Litovli.
Budete se podílet na formování strategii společnosti, vyvíjet realizační plány iniciativ na zlepšení výkonnosti s manažery oddělení a vedoucími týmů.
Zajistíte zavedení změn podle podnikových směrnic v oblasti bezpečnosti, kvality a Lean principů.
V této roli budete úzce spolupracovat s týmem vedoucích ve výrobě, vedoucími logistiky a kvality. Budete klíčovou osobou pro komunikaci s regionálními týmy CI a Leaderem digitální výroby, se kterými budete nastavovat strategické a taktické plány závodu a převezme odpovědnost za jejich realizaci v našem závodě.
Náplň práce:
Připravovat strategii výrobního závodu v oblasti kontinuálního zlepšování a digitalizace.
Spolupracovat a komunikovat s útvary korporace K-C v oblasti kontinuálního zlepšování.
Poskytovat analýzy a data k dosažení výkonnostních cílů výroby osvědčenými způsoby.
Navrhovat, vyvíjet a řídit strategii pro zvýšení efektivity provozu závodu.
Koordinace činnosti oddělení závodu s cílem dosažení optimální produktivity a úrovně nákladů.
Spolupráce s týmem CI EMEA v rámci podpory implementace regionálních iniciativ.
Zodpovědnost za plánování, vývoj a vykonávání procesů štíhlé výroby, navrhovat technické specifikace a dokumenty a potřebná školení k úspěšnému dokončení projektu.
Dohled nad všemi projekty neustálého zlepšování a standardizace procesů společnosti, připravovat nominaci a hodnocení projektů v této oblasti.
Dohlížet na proces implementace Lean Six sigma a metodicky vést kandidáty na pozice „blue, yellow, green belts.“
Rozvoj schopností managementu a zaměstnanců v rámci metodiky štíhlé výroby, vytváření udržitelných modelů na řízení řešení problémů a neustálého zlepšování.
Rozvoj schopností týmu pro neustálé zlepšování a vedení neustálého zlepšování standardů, procesů a metod společnosti.
Odpovídat za reportování v dané oblasti.

Position Summary:
