PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Group Leader / Senior Project Manager will have sales and operational responsibility for a portion of the business and plan, direct, and oversee projects.
You will be responsible for profit and loss, business development, proposal development, project management, and oversight for various private and public agency projects.
Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development Activities –
* Identify and track project opportunities around Greater Houston.
* Meet with clients to pre-position Ardurra for select projects.
* Assist in developing “understanding & approaches” for Statements of Qualifications and Proposals, including with preparing the technical aspects for project interviews conducted by clients.
* Develop positive relationships with clients, earn their confidence, and become their trusted adviser.
* Participate in local and national professional associations including ASCE, AWWA, CWEA, and others.
Actively participate by seeking leadership roles in the organization and presenting at conferences.
Project Delivery –
* Serve as Project Manager and Engineer of Record for projects with responsibility for reviewing and signing/stamping of project plans.
* Provide technical leadership for projects performing a variety of tasks to plan, execute, and deliver.

Primary Purpose:
Wax Assembly consistently and accurately cleans wax molds in preparation for assembly.
This Wax Assembler position requires prior experience as a Wax Assembler.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Cleans and assembles wax patterns to specifications using various tools.
* Visually inspect wax patterns for defects.
* Accurately code numbers on patterns for identification.
* Recognize and understand the cause of defects in wax patterns.

* Perform daily checks which include: making sure dies are clean, temperature and pressure gauges of wax press machine are correct, wax levels in press machine and melting pots are correct, and hydraulic leaks are not present.
(Die: a tool used to create a wax mold.)
* Retrieve aluminum dies from storage area to be used.
This involves pushing the die onto a cart to transport to work station and then pushing die onto work station.
Dies weigh from 25-250 pounds.
* Consistently produce wax molds which meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
* Recognize defects in wax patterns and what causes each type of defect.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Prior industry experience as a molder preferred.
* Must be able to understand and follow technique cards and to correctly fill in all required information.

JOB SUMMARY
The Tooling Coordinator is responsible for collaboratively working with Engineering, Sales, Production Control, Operations and Outside Service Providers (OSPs) to effectively maintain a tooling registrars / manifests / production usage rates / etc.

Tooling Coordinator will maintain and update part traceability items including Part Routers, Bill of Materials, Item Creation, Vendor Costs, etc.

* Maintain the integrity of customer/vendor models within tooling library and proper archiving.
