YOUR TASKS
Reporting to Industry Development Manager, you will work independently to provide excellent sales services to global & multinational corporate customers in assigned industries.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with various internal departments in different countries, implement business and sales strategies for identifying and developing business opportunities
* Build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure long-term business and revenue growth
* Monitor sales trends and financial health of customers, and make sound recommendations/solutions to assure profitability and achieve business objectives
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related disciplines
* Minimum 5 years’ sales and multinational corporate account servicing experience, preferably in logistics/transportation industry or multinational companies
* Good knowledge of supply chain management and logistics practices is a definite advantage
* Strong business acumen with good analytical skills
* Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Strong sales drive and resilience and be initiative

Report to Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Promote and sell DHL products and services to customer, and achieve business target, growth and KPIs as assigned.
* Acquire new customers, grow customer base and develop new business by providing excellent services and shipping consultation.
* Perform business activities through carrying out inbound and outbound calling to customers.
Customer visit will be on special occasion based on business needs.
* Retain and develop existing customers and manage all the account related activities including payment settlement, new process implementation, customer data maintenance and resolution for service and business issues if any.

YOUR PROFILE
* Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer services.
Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered
* Solid experience and knowledge in logistics industry will be an advantage

* Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
