* Current AZ state license is a plus.

Banner Desert Medical Center - Mesa, Arizona
* Level I Trauma Center with an annual volume of 150,000.
* Full spectrum of sub-specialty backup available.
* Cerner EMR
* Providers will be cross credentialed at Banner Children's at the Desert as well.
