Reporting initially to the Director M&A, this position will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and closing acquisition opportunities.
The ideal candidate is inherently curious, has mature interpersonal skills and has meticulous attention-to-detail.
Prior M&A of software companies experience is an asset.

What your impact will be:
* After learning our business model and processes, you will lead acquisition transactions from initial evaluation through to integration handoff
* Go over contracts in Hebrew and provide key elements in English to the global team
* You will be responsible for financial modelling and will support due diligence (including project managing our functional and business unit teams), negotiation and post-close monitoring for multiple M&A transactions per year
* Analyzing historic (financial) business performance and preparing business summaries, investment memos, commentary, and responding to detailed Q&A from our internal stakeholders.
* Internal reporting on pre-close acquisition activity and pipeline, post-close acquisition performance
* Conduct analysis and provide support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes in Israel and internationally.
What we are looking for:
* 1-3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or corporate development.
* Self-started with exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Undergraduate degree in business or finance, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Skills:
* Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
* Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
