* Assists in the management of BWO’s LMS and MOC systems
* Helps in the development/revision of policies, procedures, and training modules
* Supports/participates in the training of New Hires/Contractors/Carriers
* Monitors and reports on health and safety performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Audits health and safety programs
* Guides the organization in meeting or exceeding internal and/or external regulatory requirements
* Participates as a member of the Emergency Response Team
* Contributes in Process Safety programs such as: Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs), Employee/Contractor Training, Incident Investigations, Permits, Management of Change (MOC), etc.
