Le stagiaire sera intégré au périmètre data domain Sales & opportunity de France Data office et collaborera avec les équipes Business Process, BI et IA Spoke.
Il travaillera en lien avec les services d'excellence commerciale et de stratégie (sales business partner), quotation et finance de France operation et les équipes globales sur le data domain.
Les projets clients identifiés font l'objet de création d'objets opportunités dans notre CRM salesforce bfo.
Ces opportunités permettent de suivre les étapes de l'affaire depuis la prescription, le chiffrage et jusqu'au passage de la première commande ou la perte de l'affaire.
Ces opportunités permettent de mesurer le pipeline business, sa probabilité et son hit rate.
Le sujet du stage consiste donc à identifier les sources principales affectant la fiabilité du pipeline et de spécifier un tableau de board pour apprécier la situation et de proposer les actions qui permettront d'assurer une meilleur fiabilité.
Dans un second temps, l'analyse portera sur la dynamique du portefeuille d'opportunité.
Il s'agira enfin de participer à la préparation d'un évènement sous forme de hackathon sur le hit rate de nos projets et leur cotation : préparer les éléments de documentation business et data, les drivers de perte/gain des affaires afin que les equipes techniques BI et IA puissent proposer des maquettes de solution à l'issue de l'evenement.
Profil recherché :
Vous êtes un étudiant d'un niveau BAC +4/5, avec un diplôme orienté école de commerce (master in management/ équivalence)
* Vous avez une appétence pour les systèmes d'informations (Sales force, excel, tableau sont un plus si maitrisés)
* Vous savez communiquer en anglais (niveau B2 minimum requis)
* Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, autonome et qui est force de proposition

En tant que stagiaire Transformation digitale industrielle, vous serez localisé.e au siège social de Schneider Electric à Rueil-Malmaison.
Notre équipe, dispersée dans le monde entier, porte une offre d'accompagnement des groupes industriels dans leur transformation digitale - en leur apportant un soutien tout du long des phases du programme : de l'audit de leur maturité actuelle à la définition d'une feuille de route à l'implémentation de technologies variées (la plupart provenant du portefeuille de Schneider Electric et de sa filiale AVEVA), et cela dans des usines du monde entier.

Focalisé sur le design des circuits imprimés, vous aiderez à développer des cartes répondant aux exigences de nos clients et aux normes de l'industrie.
Vos missions :
