Responsible for the P&L success of these customer projects, focused on improving profitability and customer satisfaction of customer projects.
This position directly reports to Schneider Electric Japan Cluster President and functionally dotted reports to Digital Energy Regional System Leader.
Responsibilities
* General management of the Application Centre to direct the business and meet the financial and growth requirements of Schneider.
* Develop and deploy strategies for the Application Centre.
* Address complete scope of an integrated Digital Energy Applications, this will include products and solutions on BMS, IBMS, PME and Software.
* Support the improvement of our installed base footprint.
Work collaboratively with customers and develop good, long lasting, working relationships
* Deliver value added engineering
* Develop core competencies in the team around bid management and project management to manage risk and improve profitability
* Deliver profitable project management across all contracts.

Qualifications
* Graduate in management or an engineering discipline.
Chartered Engineer status, mechanical and/or electrical engineering degree is a plus.
* 5+ years experience managing a Projects/Services function with P&L responsibility.
* Ability to work with Zone Application Center and any other regional stakeholders with business level English and Japanese
* Proven people management experience, especially with cultural diversity to manage ~20HC local team from 7~8 different nationality for its 70+%
* Successfully managed significant change programs
* Good understanding of products and services employed in BMS/EPMS and Schneider's broader offer
* Good Commercial acumen
