The Reflections Coordinator hires, trains, supervises and schedules the care givers and med techs.
The Reflections Coordinator monitors resident care needs, alerts the Wellness Director when the resident has a change in condition, addresses resident and family concerns, responds to the resident special requests and acts as a liaison with community providers.
The Reflections Coordinator must exhibit genuine interest in residents with dementia and show patience and understanding while working with residents, families and visitors.
The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Au sein de la Direction Métiers Maroquinerie et Sellerie, le Pôle SI Fabrication HMS gère l'ensemble des projets Informatiques des maroquineries du groupe HERMES.
Il est garant du bon fonctionnement de différents systèmes tout au long de leur vie et d'accompagner les changements nécessaires remontés par les équipes métiers.
Le Pôle a lancé en 2025 un grand projet de transformation qui va s'étendre jusqu'en 2029 avec un premier site pilote en début 2027.
Ce projet consiste à remplacer une solution existante de MES (Manufacturing Execution System) et à élargir les fonctionnalités couvertes actuellement.
En tant qu'Assistant Chef de Projet Gestion MES, vous serez au cœur de la construction de la solution et de son déploiement sur les différents sites de fabrication.
Activités principales :
* Créer la documentation technico-fonctionnelle de référence (Master data, profils/droits, matériel) pour standardiser les déploiements MES sur l'ensemble des sites.
* Formaliser la liste exhaustive des prérequis par site (reprise de données, ressources, matériel, infrastructure, formation) en coordination avec les équipes métier et éditeur/intégrateur.
* Enrichir et maintenir les jeux de données de formation pour garantir des sessions réalistes et cohérentes.
