Typical day as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
* Ensuring our Document Management System is well maintained, including administrating our legal register, compliance, consultation and lessons learnt trackers.
* Supporting Craig, our Quality Assurance Manager to conduct regular audits for ISO 9001 (external and internal), creating reports, action plans and lessons learnt, briefing colleagues on audit outcomes.
* Regularly monitoring performance across all aspects of our Quality Management System, including investigating customer complaints or non-conformance issues relating to quality management and processes.
* Ensuring we have well implemented quality assurance policies, processes, standards and manuals. Including testing processes, providing training and guidance to teams to drive a culture of quality and compliance.
* Supporting change projects and working collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Asset and wider teams, bringing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvements.
