Sales Specialist (senior living)
As a Sales Specialist you will travel to communities within Southwest Ohio.
This particular area will include the Dayton, Cincinnati, Greenville & Troy markets.
You will generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities experiencing non-exempt sales associate vacancies.
Assignments will vary in length and may change with little notice.
Qualifications & Skills
We'd love to talk if you have the following:
* Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
* Senior Living experience required
* A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
* Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
* Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives
* Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
* Valid driver's license
* Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
