What you'll do
You will work on a wide range of commercial and legal matters to support our local commercial, industrial, R&D, and other entities (including factories and warehouses), many of which involve international elements:
* Prepare and review tenders and contracts, and support customer negotiations.
* Review and negotiate channel partner agreements (e.g., Distribution, OEM, System Integrator, Services).
* Draft and maintain template agreements and terms & conditions.
* Provide pre-litigation and claims support.
* Oversee litigation and represent the organization in matters before courts, government agencies, or other authorities to protect the organization's legal and business interests.
* Advise management and business units on all legal matters, including the potential impact of current and future regulations.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Finnish and EU legal requirements and Group policies.
* Support local real estate matters and employment law issues.
* Provide training to management and business teams on legal and compliance topics.
* Manage external legal service providers and prepare materials to ensure that the organization's interests are well represented.
