Cette équipe Global Trade Finance est une Fonction Centrale, et travaille donc avec l'ensemble les filiales du Groupe situées dans les pays, sur un périmètre mondial.
Ce poste est géographiquement localisé à Grenoble, sur le site de Schneider Electric : Intencity.
Composition de l'équipe, et localisation :
* 3 membres de cette équipe Global Trade Finance, dont le hiérarchique, sont basés sur Intencity.
* 1 membre est localisé sur Madrid, et une cinquième personne en Allemagne.
* Le travail s'effectuera également avec deux autres collaborateurs, pour les projets Digital, collaborateurs qui sont dans la Région Parisienne.
Ce département a pour mission d'apporter l'expertise du Trade Finance auprès des équipes financières des filiales Schneider dans les pays.
Par Trade Finance, on entend les instruments, majoritairement bancaires, qui accompagnent les contrats signés par les Business (contrat commercial de vente, contrat d'achat, ...)
Les sujets régulièrement abordés concernent les Garanties Bancaires, les moyens de paiement tels que le Crédit Documentaire ou Lettres de Crédit Stand-By, etc....
Depuis plusieurs années, ce centre de compétence Trade Finance a déployé au niveau du Groupe, un système mondialement par les filiales Schneider pour la gestion (et les instructions aux banques) des Engagements Hors Bilan (garanties, ...) et leur Reporting.
Dans cet environnement, le sujet de la gestion des données, et de la pertinence des documents enregistrés dans cette plateforme, apparaît primordial.

* Montée en compétence si besoin, sur les instruments du Trade Finance (garantie bancaire, lettre de crédit, crédit documentaire export, ...)
* Prise en main, navigation et utilisation de la plateforme du Groupe pour la gestion des instruments précités
