Position Summary
The Community Initiatives Coordinator supports Methodist Healthcare Ministries' (MHM) evolving community-based initiatives, beginning with a focus on digital equity and expanding in future years to address other critical issues that impact the health and well-being of communities across the MHM service region.This position coordinates internal staff, consultants, external stakeholders, and community partners to develop and implement collaborative strategies and initiatives that align with MHM's mission of "Serving Humanity to Honor God." The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that the voices and needs of underserved and rural populations are reflected in public policies, funding priorities, and community-based interventions.
The role also helps advance cross-sector learning, alignment, and capacity building among community and institutional partners.
Salary
Annual salary rate begins at $58,810.
Mid range at $74,983.
Actual starting rate will be commensurate with experience and education.
