The Scale Operator/Receptionist is a key front-line role responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service, while also performing critical scale operations including weighing trucks, issuing tickets, maintaining records, and supporting field office functions.

Position Overview
The Crusher Foreperson oversees daily crushing and aggregate production operations and is responsible for leading crushing crews, coordinating production activities, maintaining equipment performance, ensuring product quality, and promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.
This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of crushing and screening operations, and the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, equipment operators, trucking, and plant management to meet production goals
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervise and direct daily crushing and wash plant operations.
* Lead and mentor crusher operators and support personnel.
* Monitor production rates and adjust operations to meet production targets.
* Ensure aggregate products meet established quality specifications.
* Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with maintenance teams.
* Conduct daily inspections of crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, and related equipment.
* Ensure compliance with all MSHA, OSHA, environmental, and company safety requirements.
* Promote safe work practices through training, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
