Descriptif du poste:
La Direction Digital, Ventes & Services, et plus précisément la Direction Produit, recherche un Product designer intégré à l'équipe projet hermes.com.
Pilotée entièrement selon la méthodologie Agile @Scale, la plateforme hermes.com s'inscrit dans un programme stratégique, international et omnicanal.
Périmètre : Le Product designer participe à la conception des parcours utilisateur sur hermès.com et son écosystème en collaboration avec plusieurs équipes agiles tout au long du parcours (pages grilles, pages produits, pages édito, tunnel d'achat, back-office, etc...), et à la maintenance du design system.
Il reporte au Lead Product Designer.
Vos missions :
Assurer le rôle de Product designer en transverse avec plusieurs feature teams :
* Concevoir et imaginer les parcours utilisateur dans leur ensemble sur la partie UX
* Produire les wireframes et maquettes responsives nécessaires pour les développements
* Animer et participer aux ateliers de design collaboratif avec toutes les parties prenantes (PO / PM / CPO, DA, Dev...)
* Participer à des analyses de parcours et proposer des améliorations en continu sur les parcours existants
* Maintenir et faire évoluer le Design System en étant garant de nos forts enjeux d'accessibilité

Major Responsibilities
• Prospect, Qualify, and Close new lease business at accounts within an assigned territory.
• Negotiate terms with customers in order to develop a mutually beneficial agreement on financing.

• Verify creditworthiness and assist in pricing financial packages for potential customers.
• Travel extensively with Altec A/M team to promote ACS financial solutions to new and existing customers.
Assist with consultative sale of equipment and services.
• Charged with building and developing relationships at all levels of these organizations (Finance/Treasury, CFO, Fleet, Procurement, etc.).
• Routinely contact customers regarding credit lines, auctions, off lease equipment opportunities, new products, and lease maturities.
• Focus on developing non-Altec equipment opportunities with all customers throughout the territory.

POSITION SUMMARY: Set up and operate CNC Press brake machines to bend and shape parts according to specifications..
*Follow all safety regulations for the individual as well as other employees, including keeping the work area clean and in orderly condition as well as wearing all appropriate safety attire for the job that is being performed.
*Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications, calipers and square measuring tools.
*Examine completed work pieces for defects such as chipped edges and marred surfaces, and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws.
*Read work orders and production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, and dimensions and tolerances.
*With the aid of mechanical lifting devices, loads work pieces into machines.
