Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is seeking a Contract Manager - Managed Care (Hybrid) (FULL-TIME), to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.
This position is responsible for the coordination of crafting, evaluating, and execution of contractual negotiations, as directed by the director, which includes contract performance overview and analysis, and language review for hospital, specialist, primary care and urgent care agreements.
Contractual negotiations include, but not limited to, fee-for-service, capitated, Clinically Integrated Networks, Value-Base Pay for Performance and Risk agreements.
This position works directly with Managed Care's leadership during negotiations.

We are seeking a Spiritual Care Program Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE! The Program Manager supports operations of the spiritual care program.
This role combines leadership, program development, and direct support functions to ensure that the spiritual needs of individuals, patients or community members are met in a compassionate, inclusive and culturally sensitive manner.
The Program Manager provides clinical spiritual care to patients and families, maintains the staffing resources to provide spiritual care services, oversees the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program including maintenance of standards for accreditation, and develops programs to assist patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:
