Responsibilities
* Asegurar la validez de la documentación con Bienes Raíces y propietarios para asegurar un proceso limpio de apertura de nuevas tiendas, con el apoyo de Legal, Desarrollo de Tiendas, Permisos y Diseño.
Asesorar a los propietarios de la documentación requerida para el acuerdo legal con AutoZone y acompañarlos a las oficinas gubernamentales para actualizar u obtener sus documentos de propiedad.
* Implementar el proceso de apertura de nuevas tiendas en CDMX y el Estado de México con todas las áreas necesarias y validar que el diseño de tienda propuesto cumpla con los requisitos locales para iniciar el proceso de construcción y permisos.
* Buscar y desarrollar proveedores que brinden servicios más adecuados para trabajar en la Ciudad de México y México bajo los criterios proporcionados por el CAT.
Es responsable de recoger toda la papelería necesaria de los proveedores asignados al proyecto.
* Coordinar y atender visitas a delegaciones con otras áreas de AZ, para presentar nuestra empresa e indicar nuestro nivel de interés en abrir estos mercados.
Esto incluirá una clasificación de la capacidad comercial de las diversas delegaciones en CDMX, y la voluntad de aceptar AZ y la FCPA y otras recomendaciones de cumplimiento.
