* Process payroll weekly and bi-weekly for all employees, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, leave of absence, statutory holidays, deductions, Provincial and Federal taxes, garnishments, and handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
* Work with ADP specialist to ensure pay is processed within deadlines
* Prepare the validation of all wages paid for audit purposes, and ensures approval received by divisional Plant Manager's.
