* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.
* Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.

The Compliance Management Analyst will support OS in various aspects, including, but not limited to, OS Security Compliance, collaboration with OS Staff Divisions (StaffDiv), coalition building, and awareness programs that promote all OS Cybersecurity initiatives.

-Assist in the implementation of any ATO process changes or innovations.
-Proactively assist in the early engagement of stakeholders to initiate the ATO process and drive progress throughout the process to assist stakeholders in meeting their ATO deadlines.
-Assist in the comprehensive risk review/technical review of the ATO package.
-Provide ongoing customer support and feedback throughout each stage of the OS ATO process.
-Assist ISSOs/SOs with documentation as needed.
-Prepare Authorizing Official (AO) memos.
-Process ATO and Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) packages.
-Review ATO packages and engage with relevant stakeholders and ISSOs/SOs as needed.
-Assist in updating tracking tools and managing "real-time" updates to reflect the current state of ATO status.
-Assist in the final preparation of packages for management review and approval.
-Assist the OS Security & Compliance Architecture Services team in providing mitigation consultations as well as visibility into, and the tracking of, mitigation activities.
-Support OS Vulnerability Management in all data calls and other OS-wide requests for information and reporting.
-Monitor OS Compliance Management Mailbox, and OS Cybersecurity and support the goal of responding to inquiries within 48 hours.
-Assist OS Compliance Management in activities related to FISMA quarterly and annual quarterly reporting.
-Assist OS Compliance Management in the annual OIG FISMA Audit.
Program Specific Responsibilities:
-Provide subject matter expertise and review all deliverables for relevancy and accuracy.
-Develop and execute plans to identify and communicate risk factors and best practices as needed.

* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.
* Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.
* Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.

Essential Job Functions
This facility expects their employees to promote an atmosphere of teamwork with other employees and hospitality and comfort for its residents.
Therefore, the following list of duties is not all-inclusive:
* Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed.
* Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
* Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
* Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
* Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
* Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
* Recognize a resident's ability to make choices and support these within the constraints of the caregiving environment.
* Participate in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and the plan of care.
Provide input to the nurses for development of the plan of care.
* Provide adequate hydration to residents at regular intervals each day according to specific resident needs.
* Prepare residents for each meal and transport to dining room (unless resident on bed rest) making sure that food tray is accessible, self-help devices are available (if needed), and assistance is provided to those residents who cannot feed themselves.
* Keep an accurate record of food intake and output, as directed.
* Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
* Assist nursing staff with the basics of aseptic and sterile techniques to avoid infection of residents and self-contamination of equipment and supplies.
* Be alert for proper ventilation, temperature, light and noise control.
* Take TPR, blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc.
as directed.
* Promptly answer call lights and other resident needs.
* Utilize proper body mechanics when lifting or transporting residents.
* Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
* Attend in-service education programs in order to meet facility educational requirements.
