Key Responsibilities
* Provides supervision, leadership, and mentoring to a group of APPs in collaboration with Physician Leadership and Service Line Administrators
* Coaching, teaching and mentoring all APP associates in the NICU, providing appropriate feedback and promoting Nemours culture of safety
* Ensures that projects are planned, managed and supportive of the long-term range goals to align with enterprise and nursing goals.

Nemours Children's Health Florida is seeking casual and part time Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers to staff the Level III NICU at Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart in beautiful Pensacola.
Responsibilities include rounding with Nemours Neonatologists on NICU patients.
The level III NICU is staffed with Nemours Advance Practice Providers and Neonatologists.
Essential Functions:
* Manages and provides care for the patient requiring neonatal intensive care utilizing collaborative consultation with team members, under the direction and supervision (but not necessarily the direct attendance) of an attending neonatologist.
* Conducts parent interviews and takes family history.
* Collaborates with neonatologists concerning pertinent historical events, physical findings, diagnostic and therapeutic measures initiated on all admissions.
* Orders appropriate laboratory tests and procedures.
* Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures necessary and appropriate for the care of the patient.
* Reviews and provides general care items involved in neonatal care, such as temperature stabilization, hyperalimentation therapy, feeding management, and phototherapy.
* Complete timely documentation as required by departmental policy and Nemours standards.
* Participate in meeting goals of the department.
* Participates in daily rounds in NICU.
* Rotating shifts required.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation.

This is a full-time opportunity to join a thriving Hematology/Oncology division in Delaware's only free-standing children's hospital.
Primary responsibilities will include the inpatient clinical management of children with malignant hematological disorders, solid tumors, sickle cell disease and patients receiving stem cell transplant and cellular therapies.
The pediatric hematology/oncology APRN/PA in this position will work collaboratively with the inpatient hematology/oncology provider team (attendings, advanced practice providers, fellows & residents) to provide seamless patient/family centered healthcare.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
Primary inpatient management of both pediatric hematology and oncology patients including those undergoing stem cell transplant/cellular therapies.
Provide continuity of care specific to disease evaluation, chemotherapy/immunotherapy, supportive care management throughout the patient's treatment course in conjunction with an attending pediatric hematologist/oncologist.
Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety in ordering chemotherapy/immunotherapy and supportive care medication/therapies using a computerized order entry system.
Requirements:
* Master's/Doctorate as applicable in correlation with Nursing or Physician Assistant program

Summary: Nemours Children's Health is seeking a dynamic Division Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM).
The ideal candidate will provide vision, leadership, and oversee all divisional missions, including care delivery, education, research, and advocacy.
The Division Chief reports directly to the Chair of Pediatrics, David Brousseau, MD, MS.
Qualifications: Candidates must have an MD/DO, MD/PhD, or equivalent clinical doctoral degree and be board certified in PEM.
Candidates must also have an academic record commensurate with appointment at the rank of Associate or full Professor and be eligible for licensure in Delaware.
In addition, the candidate should have a successful track record in advancing clinical growth, research, a demonstrated commitment to education, administrative experience, and the leadership qualities to advance a highly collegial and collaborative division.

The Division of Emergency Medicine consists of a team of 23 PEM trained physicians, 7 general pediatricians, 7 fellows, 10 Physician Assistants and a Nurse Practitioner.
The team cares for approximately 58,000 patients a year in our 44-bed state of the art facility that opened in 2014 as part of a major expansion of the hospital.
The Nemours Emergency Department is home to a 6-bed behavioral health unit that opened in 2023 and shares oversight and staffing with psychiatry to better serve our patients requiring psychiatric care.
The Division also includes a growing research emphasis.
Members of our division are active in research and quality improvement.
We are a member of the GLACiER node of PECARN, and are actively involved in multi-center studies, both within and outside PECARN.
The research infrastructure available to the division includes grants and proposal development as well as a research team that assists with study activities.
