Au sein de la Maison Hermès, Hermès Services Groupe est une entité d'environ 400 collaborateurs qui rassemble une variété d'expertises au service de l'ensemble du groupe : comptabilité, paie, achats indirects, conseil interne, services généraux et sécurité...

Le pôle formation d'Hermès Services Groupe recherche un alternant chargé de formation, afin de renforcer son équipe, actuellement composée de :
- 2 responsable formation
- 3 chefs de projet formation
Sous la responsabilité des responsables formation, l'alternant interviendra sur diverses missions du pôle :
I/ ORGANISATION DES FORMATIONS DU " CAMPUS HERMES " :
* Gestion de programmes de formations (organisation logistique, introduction et conclusion de sessions, gestion sur le SIRH...)
* Entretenir la relation de partenariat avec nos organismes de formation partenaires et les formateurs
* Produire un reporting régulier, fiable et pertinent
* Participer au développement de nouveaux modules et réviser les programmes existants
II/ DÉPLOIEMENT DU PLAN DE FORMATION D'HERMES SERVICES GROUPE :
* Déployer les actions de formation (internes et externes)
* Assurer le suivi des inscriptions et du plan de formation sur Excel et le SIRH

Au sein de l'organigramme général d'Hermès Chaussures, le référent ERP data et data management collection, intègre l'équipe prévisions des ventes & data.
Service composé d'un prévisionniste, d'un Data Manager, d'un alternant et d'un stagiaire et du Responsable à qui il reporte.
Enjeux du poste :
Ce poste regroupe 3 enjeux majeurs :
• Être le référent ERP data pour le métier chaussure
• Piloter le volet data pour la finance
• Adapter nos contrôles de la donnée à la mise en place du PLM et animer les équipes opérationnelles
