Job Summary
The Regional Manager - Projects is responsible for managing the complete portfolio of infrastructure projects-including UPS, cooling systems, and medium to large-scale data center builds-within the West region.
This leadership role requires strategic planning, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The role also involves leading a team of 12-15 site engineers and project managers, driving operational excellence, resolving on-ground challenges, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of project managers and site engineers, with a strong emphasis on EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality standards.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple projects including UPS, cooling systems, and data center infrastructure.
* Manage all aspects of project operations, including resource planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Tendering, Finance, and Technical teams for smooth project handovers and integrated solution delivery.

* Conduct regular site visits and reviews to monitor progress and resolve critical issues.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Professional certifications such as PMP and CDCP are preferred.

Schneider Electric is seeking an Assembly Technician for 1st Shift to join our manufacturing team in Mt Juliet, TN.
This role involves preparing, assembling, and wiring products in accordance with specifications, in preparation for testing and final quality inspection.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Material Selection - Choose appropriate wire gauges, insulation types, connectors, terminals, and protective coverings.
* Wire Cutting and Stripping - Accurately measure, cut, and strip wires according to specifications.
* Crimping and Soldering - Apply correct crimping or soldering techniques to ensure strong electrical and mechanical connections.
* Assembly of Wire Harnesses - Route, bundle, and secure wires into harnesses or looms per design requirements.
* Labeling and Identification - Properly label wires, connectors, and assemblies for traceability and ease of installation.
* Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation - Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to install and wire electrical components.
* Mechanical Assembly - Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools.
* Safety and Quality Compliance - Follow prescribed safety rules, regulations, and maintain established quality standards.

Business Unit: Procurement - Global Supply Chain - Engineering to Order Business
Mission:
The Category Buyer will act as the main SPOC of the suppliers under his/her responsibility, leading business continuity, driving strategy, supplier base development and optimization and enhancing digital and sustainable aspects with suppliers and their supply chain.
As the Category Buyer, your responsibilities will include:
Magnetic cores:
* CBAM impact & understanding for GOES material & / or finish cores: understand and manage the strategy accordingly
* Safeguards: understanding of the EU position, feedback from the market: anticipate for strategy update, inform the plant, calculate potential impact, change allocation.
For both, clear management of the data to also calculate our exposure will be the key point
* Market insight: more CN suppliers investing in TR & Europe: follow the market, challenge the plant to launch the qualification and track it
* Manage the triangle model accordingly and calculate the right prices (batch for GOES, currency effect..)
* Management of the suppliers: QVE & Packaging follow-up: NLL management, packaging returns (Reverse logistics) and weekly connect session
* Management of the data: weekly dashboard linked with the consumption (vs forecast impacting the WAP), management of the allocation impacting the WAP, managing the capacity with each supplier + GOES file impacting 50% of the Transfo TP
* Animate the weekly coffee talk: inform the plant regarding the market, ways to adjust our transfo prices based on market conditions to maintain margin during tendering stages
Bushings:
* Manage the capacity increase: CAPEX with different suppliers to have more moulds and capacity
* Manage the new product development for ETO
* Track & manage the qualification in the plants
* Give market insight regarding the resin prices and potential impacts
* Negotiate with strong German suppliers, familiarity and understanding of the market
* Push & track all the QVE: management of the ideas and follow-up
Additionally:
* Interface with Category Manager to collect ETO specifications, specify the qualification criteria and contribute to the segmentation of the strategy
* Contribute and implement the strategy (SOC) in the cluster perimeter
* Negotiate global frame-agreement with " cluster " suppliers
* Initiate and drive breakthrough (make or buy, rebalancing, SBO, innovation...) on the category he/she is managing and follow the advancement
* Develop supplier competitiveness and assess the quality level.

As a Solutions Purchaser, you'll oversee the procurement of direct ship hardware, coordinate and schedule shipments, and handle vendor payments.
