Hermès Data, Technologie & Innovation (HDTI) renforce l'équipe IT finance étendue au sein de la Direction AP Corporate et recrute un Chef de projets IT - Accounts Payables Finance (H/F).
L'équipe IT finance étendue MOE (Maitrise d'œuvre) mène les projets IT finance du Groupe, pour lancer les implémentations d'outils, la mise en conformité et évolutions.
Principales missions :
Rattaché au Responsable IT - Finance et processus dématérialisés, vous pilotez des projets stratégiques de digitalisation et de modernisation des processus financiers.
De surcroit, vous êtes le garant de la maintenabilité et de la gestion financière opérationnelle (Suivi devops et finops) du paysage applicatif.
Vous intervenez depuis l'expression du besoin jusqu'au déploiement opérationnel, en garantissant la qualité, les délais et la cohérence fonctionnelle des solutions.
À ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Accompagnement et pilotage des projets IT
Sur ces projets, il vous revient de sécuriser des jalons clés et résoudre des situations complexes.
Vous assurez le suivi de la trajectoire de delivery des évolutions définies par l'équipe métier MOA Finance (maitrise d'ouvrage).
Dans ce cadre, vous êtes amené à :
* Analyser et formaliser les besoins remontés par les métiers (Comptabilité, Contrôle de gestion, Fiscalité...).
* Élaborer spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques en lien avec ces besoins.
* Suivre et qualifier la remise des livrables.
* Définir les plannings, charges et indicateurs de suivi.
* Piloter l'avancement des projets (comités, reporting, gestion des risques).
* Coordonner les équipes internes (BASIS, infogérance, IT for IT, métiers, support) et les prestataires externes (notamment les intégrateurs).
Conception et déploiement de solutions dématérialisées
Fort de vos connaissances techniques sur les solutions de dématérialisation, vous serez en mesure de :
* Contribuer au choix, au paramétrage et à l'intégration de solutions de dématérialisation (factures, notes de frais, workflows...).
* Optimiser et automatiser les processus financiers en binôme avec le métier (AP).
* Superviser ou assister les tests (unitaires, fonctionnels, UAT) et organiser le déploiement.
* Assurer un rôle d'expert sur les solutions mises en place.
* Identifier les axes d'amélioration et proposer des évolutions.
* Contribuer à la stratégie de digitalisation de la fonction Finance.
