What You Will Do
• Review U.S.
informational returns for U.S.
Multinational entities (5471, 8858, 8865) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax law
• Review U.S.
Federal international calculations and workpapers, including GILTI, SubPart F, and Foreign tax credits
• Develop and train senior tax analysts, tax analysts, and/or tax interns
• Track and model global tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rate
• Update projections based on business forecasts to understand foreign inclusions
• Perform tax technical research including analysis of Federal tax laws
• Support business initiatives from a tax lens, including mergers and acquisitions, withholding tax analysis and reporting, and tax incentives analysis
• Build and develop relationships across Koch companies and local foreign tax teams to understand and optimize the various business tax positions
• Support company positions in tax audits and participate in multinational tax planning projects
• Manage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadership

Hiring range is generally between $30.60-$38.35 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

In this role you will provide excellent patient care, facilitate operative procedures by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies and equipment, provide hands-on assisting with scrub role, anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgical team.

* WA State Surgical Technologist Registration required.

Logistics Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented and energized by keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in outbound shipping and distribution by coordinating freight, scheduling pickups, and ensuring customer orders move accurately and on time.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Customer Service, Distribution Leads, carriers, and 3PL partners to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and support a safe, efficient distribution operation.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate outbound order scheduling, arranging carrier pickup appointments to meet customer delivery requirements
* Serve as a key communication link, working with carriers, dispatchers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve shipping needs
* Process shipment documentation, preparing BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, labels, and system data
* Release customer orders for shipment, partnering with Customer Service and Distribution teams to ensure requirements are met
* Support inter-facility transfers, coordinating product movement between company and 3PL distribution centers
* Handle time-sensitive shipping requests, responding to last-minute or special customer needs
* Route customer orders accurately, using multiple systems to meet deadlines and service expectations
* Track and maintain shipping records, ensuring historical documentation is complete and accessible
* Support logistics metrics and reporting, contributing to daily tracking and performance visibility
* Assist with carrier claims, supporting documentation and filing as needed
* Provide cross-functional backup, supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics Specialists when required
* Promote safety and professionalism, participating in safety meetings and maintaining a positive, compliant work environment
* Identify and resolve issues, escalating problems and contributing to practical solutions
