Vos missions ?
Vous êtes responsable du processus de recrutement dans son intégralité, pour un portefeuille de recrutements internes et externes sur un périmètre business dédié :
- En amont, vous avez un rôle de conseil et élaborez la stratégie permettant de répondre au besoin business, notamment en fournissant des données de marché
- Vous prenez en charge et animez l'intégralité du processus de recrutement (sourcing, entretiens, présentation de short
list, participation à la sélection finale, offre salariale).
- Vous êtes l'interface avec les managers, les candidats et la fonction RH tout au long du processus de recrutement
- Vous travaillez sur une large palette de métiers digitaux associés aux caractéristiques des entités que vous suivez

- Master Ressources Humaines ou Psychologie du travail,
