Nemours is looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented Financial Family Medicaid Specialist Advocate to support families as they navigate the financial side of their care.
Utilizing high-level customer service, healthcare finance knowledge, and excellent communication skills, the Financial Family Advocate will facilitate, educate, and communicate to patients/families about the financial aspects of seeking treatment at Nemours.
Work involves conducting face-to-face interviews, gathering, assembling, and reviewing sensitive information supplied by applicants, relevant to the initial and on-going Nemours Financial Assistance and Medicaid Programs.
The Financial Family Advocate will work directly with insurance carriers or with internal insurance verification personnel to determine benefit level, coordination of benefits, coinsurance and deductible amounts and communicate financial obligations to the guarantor.

About the Role:
* Sales Objectives
+ Accountable for meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team for the boutique to achieve its collective target.
+ Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall client experience.
Ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbon, stationary and the like) are stocked at all times.
Maintain selling floor to meet standards to including straightening, filling in and replenishment of new receipts following VM guidelines, physical EAS tagging, ticketing, etc.

* POS
+ Responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions including receipts, CRM files (which provide meaningful detail of purchase history and sales analysis, SKUs, monetary payment and client verification), and the administrative support of after sales service when needed.
+ Partners with management on POS decisions and communicates discrepancies, should they occur, during the opening, closing and general POS variances by end of business day.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times.
* Asset Protection
+ Responsible for complying with all asset protection procedures such as employee sign in sheets, bag checks in conjunction with AP as application.
Practice appropriate AP techniques and follows all guidelines for key control and merchandise security.
Respects physical EAS tagging guidelines and ensure all products are properly ticketed (on floor, back of house and merchandise returns).
Properly prepares for physical inventory and participates in monthly cycle counts (or as directed by management).

Notre poste de directeur.ice du magasin de Nantes s'inscrit au sein d'Hermès Distribution France, réseau Retail France composé de 20 magasins (16 succursales et 4 concessionnaires) et un site e-commerce.
Le magasin de Nantes est implanté depuis 2010 dans le passage Pommeraye, splendeur architecturale reconnue comme l'une des cinq plus belles galeries d'Europe, situé au cœur de Nantes.
Il se compose de sept collaborateurs et l'essentiel des métiers y est représenté.
Le magasin est fréquenté par une clientèle locale française (Bretagne, Grand-Ouest et Paris) mais également internationale grâce à l'histoire maritime de la ville.
Sixième ville de France en population, Nantes est situé dans l'estuaire de la Loire, entre mer et campagne.
Le magasin profite également de l'héritage équestre de la région, avec un grand rayonnement au Jumping International de la Baule, et bénéficie de l'attrait touristique des stations balnéaires du sud Bretagne (La Baule, Pornic, Pornichet, Le Croisic, etc...)
Le/la directeur.ice de magasin de Nantes est rattaché.e au Directeur.ice de Région " Métropole " et encadre deux responsables : Le responsable du support commercial, et le Gestionnaire de stock et Flux et l'équipe de vente en direct.
Comme chaque membre de la filiale, le/la directeur.ice du magasin a pour mission de contribuer à l'exécution de la stratégie (notamment commerciale) d'Hermès Distribution France.
