Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and develop Corporate Learning & Development curriculum and materials based on proven adult learning techniques including ADDIE, Rapid Course Development, and Adult Learning Theory.
- Create and develop Corporate Learning & Development scenarios.
- Update comprehensive environment data resources to ensure that Corporate Learning & Development systems mimic the production environment tools used by employees.
- Collaborate extensively with business partners and SMEs to perform analysis, develop learning objectives and design deliverables that meet learner, stakeholder needs and organizational quality standards.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure learner requirements, competencies, and organizational quality standards

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Support end-to-end execution of AI and technical learning programs, including planning, logistics, communications, and coordination with facilitators, SMEs, and external vendors.
- Partner with SMEs to translate technical and AI concepts into clear, learner-centered content, pathways, and hands-on activities.
- Utilize generative AI platforms and emerging learning technologies to support rapid prototyping and iterative improvement of AI and technical learning experiences.
- Support change-enablement efforts by developing communication resources and learner guidance that promote adoption of AI learning programs and responsible AI usage.
- Monitor emerging AI and workforce technology trends and translate insights into updates to learning pathways, content strategies, and learner support tools.
- Ensure AI-related content reflects responsible-use guidelines and aligns with organizational policies and technology enablement efforts
