Electrical Testing Supervisor
Experience time: 5 years as Quality Engineer, Technical Antena, Testing Engineer with experience in electrical testing for Switchboards (LV / MV)
Key Responsibilities:
To supervise, coordinate, and perform electrical testing activities on Schneider Electric switchboards and Masterpact and Powerpact circuit breakers , ensuring proper operation, safety, and compliance with UL, NETA standards and Schneider Electric requirements, prior to equipment release or customer acceptance.
Assist in translating Schneider Electric global standards into site-specific procedures and work instructions.
Quality System Start Up Support implementation of process based and risk based thinking in line with ISO 9001 assist in defining process flows, SIPOC, KPIs, and quality records during ramp-up.
Support readiness for first-time certification audits.
* Supervise and execute electrical testing for a single Schneider Electric switchboard in accordance with approved procedures.
* Plan and conduct NETA ATS / NETA ECS-based testing for low-voltage switchboards.
* Perform and validate electrical and functional tests on Schneider Electric Masterpact and Powerpact breakers.
* Review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and protection settings.
* Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety SE425 procedures (LOTO, PPE, energized work rules).
* Prepare and review detailed test reports, documenting results and deviations.
* Identify nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions with Quality engineers, engineering and production teams.
* Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers or third-party inspectors.
* Ensure all testing aligns with Schneider Electric specifications and quality standards.
* Ensure the testing traceability information reports for every SWBD and breaker tested.
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor quality engineers and test and quality technicians in a growing organization

The Regional Data Center Systems Category Manager reports to the Secure Power Data Center Systems LoB Sr.
Director of Global Category Management and is responsible for the commercial success of the Data Center Systems business in the region.
She/He represents the region for all the new product development and life cycle activities within the Line of Business.
He/she completes, and coordinates tasks related to new offers launches and ensure local teams are set up to succeed in the introduction and selling of delivered offers.
She/He also feeds the product management squads with market insights and portfolio gaps and/or misalignments with customer requirements for future development.
Key responsibilities:
+ Support the P&L in the region for the Data Center Systems products and offers;
+ Accountable for regions' business commitments during the offer development cycle;
+ Lead new offer introduction reviews in the region and drive corrective actions;
+ Prepare business cases, collect regional commitments and Voice of Customer to influence the product management, R&D, Project Management teams for new product development and/or product sustenance;
+ Determine in collaboration with the country commercial teams the appropriate GTM strategy for Data Center Systems offers in the region and help to execute the GTM strategy with the commercial teams
+ Lead Voice of Customer initiatives in the region to collect market feedback for the new offer development, offer enhancement and innovation activities
+ Coordinate technical sessions with the key account teams to ensure new product specs are captured
+ Monitor key competitors in the industry to benchmark new products against the competitors
+ Continuously monitor the opportunity pipeline for offering proactive help to commercial teams and helps increase the project hit rate
+ Ensure launch activities are completed and updated in the regional launch documents
+ Support commercial teams for driving success - including special projects and large deals
+ Provide support to region for all reporting or product information requests and training -including partners
+ Conduct regular cadences with local commercial teams to monitor the business performance, analyze offer gaps, collect market feedback

What will you do?
As a procurement intern, you will support key activities across categories such as packaging, fasteners, labels, bimetals, surface treatment, chemicals, and others.
You will be responsible for system data cleansing, ERP management, supplier master data updates, price list analysis and implementation, data gathering for RFQs, project follow-up, and supporting other core procurement initiatives.
