The ideal candidate will experience managing large EPC projects.

Medicare Technology Operations - Data Measurement and Reporting Lead Analyst
Overview
Guides the team to deliver tasks in the Data Measurement and Reporting job family.
Assists in supporting, designing, development and/or implementation phase of data-related solutions for small projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Participates in DB design decisions to be support reporting needs.
Develops reports and assists with diagnosis and correction of data abnormalities through sustainable means.
Responsibilities
The Data Measurement and Reporting Lead Analyst will play an important role in the development and support of key data-related deliverables within the Medicare Technology Operations team, including but not limited to, a data lake that interfaces with various systems, like ServiceNow, and IT service operations insights and reporting, mostly driven out of Tableau.
He or she will also be responsible for working with others on the team using best practices and standards to ensure consistent reporting designs, and simplified data designs.
Job Duties
* Collaborate with cross-functional team to build out a new, multi-purpose data lake
* Collaborate with team members to establish consistent reporting standards
* Support data anomaly detection by rooting out data issues and collaborating on ways to improve data at the source
* Build reports in Tableau and/or ServiceNow that are executive-level quality based on requirements given
Skills
* Strong proficiency in Tableau
* Strong proficiency in SQL querying and scripting
* Understand Relational databases
* Familiar with ServiceNow reporting and/or IT Service Management reporting
* Python coding a plus
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, team-orientated attitude are required

Works within the fast-paced environment of the Central Nursing Team to complete non-clinical projects and functions to deliver straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service.

Manipulates multiple Excel documents to determine what needs to be completed and urgency of completion.
Responds timely to inquiries from patients, field staff, and other departments for information and assistance regarding nursing and patient referrals and schedules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Use of pharmacy and scheduling programs for documentation and nurse scheduling of home infusion visits.
* Proactively communicate to field staff, nursemanagement,and patients.
* Investigate/research issues and provide resolution.
* Take initiative for problem solving with ability to multitask effectively and use critical thinking.
* Correct and timely entry of data in appropriate systems.
* A pro-active work ethic with ability to be managed/trained virtually.
* High proficiency and regular use of Excel and Outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School education or GED.
* 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
* Microsoft Office Suite.
* Extremely detailed oriented.
* Excellent written and oral professional communication skills.
* Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make independent decisions.

The Disaster Recovery Coordinator will be one of the faces of the Medicare Tech Ops (MTO) BCP/DR team and oversee the MTO datacenter recovery effort using a BCP tracking tool.
This position will be responsible for the oversight of the critical application recovery plans, as well as annual recovery plan exercises.
The Senior DR Coordinator will work closely with critical application support team managers, business owners, Cigna DR and BCP Teams and the MTO Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure organizational ownership and related accountability for disaster recovery plans.
Job Summary : Ensuring IT delivery teams improve their Disaster Recovery posture for their critical portfolio applications or components, by analyzing risks associated with the BIA, recovery plans, and testing results.
The Senior DR Coordinator will spearhead collaboration sessions to assist with remediation of risks or gaps associated with HCSC critical portfolio application recovery plans and communicate to the MTO SLT and other leaders on a regular cadence.
The Senior DR Coordinator will oversee annual recovery plan testing to capture improvement opportunities and ensure recovery plans are ready for execution if a disaster is declared.
The ideal candidate will have a technical and Project Management background combination, excellent and open communicator, an outstanding collaborator, and experience with executive communications.
