New hire generally starts between $44.95-$56.35/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.
Schedule: Flexible three days a week (M-F), 10-hour shift 7am to 6pm - NO nights, NO weekends, NO call!
Location: 87th Ave location
As an Echo Tech you will:
* Perform transthoracic echocardiograms on patients (including 2D, m-mode, PW, CW and color Doppler) and obtain the highest quality of images possible.
* Perform both stress echoes and pharmacological stress echocardiograms and obtain the highest quality of images possible.
* Perform Bubble Studies and obtain the highest quality and images possible.
* Perform Strain Imaging if ordered or at technicians' discretion.
* Use Contrast if ordered or at technicians' discretion.
* Provide preliminary findings from exams and accurately completes exam worksheets including measurements and calculations.
* Individual interaction with and treatment of patients during exams, with special attention to privacy needs.
Patient positioning is done with consideration of patient's ability to comply.
Requirements:
* Completion of an accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonography required.
* Current certification in Adult Echocardiography within one year of hire or transfer (ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCS) required.
* Minimum three years of experience performing and interpreting 2D, M-Mode, Doppler Echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms required.
* Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
* Knowledge of current accepted Echocardiography principles, practices, and techniques, including cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology required
Pay Range:
$44.09 - $66.15

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

CPP Syracuse is looking for a full time Welder for our Chittenango facility on 1st shift to join our team! $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, 5% Bonus program.
Hourly rate $27-$30 per hour depending on experience
Primary Purpose
Perform all required duties relating to Gas Tungsten Arc welding (GTAW) of investment castings.
CANDIDATES OFFERED EMPLOYMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND STUDY PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT
Major Responsibilities
* Ability to weld by method of GTAW for rework, repair and cosmetic upgrade in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures.
Candidate is progressing towards welding certification for all alloys.
* Evaluate castings to ensure preparation from prior operation is adequate.
* Assess the condition of the castings to determine weld technique.
* Perform additional weld preparation with the use of die and belt grinders.
* Operate and maintain welding machines and equipment.
* Ability to document weld locations and dimensions.
* Identify and implement improvement opportunities through the use of lean tools such as Systematic Problem Solving, Process Management, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
* Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* Experience: Formal training or classes a plus.
* Certifications/Licenses: Maintain welding certification for GTAW
* Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, simple drawings, procedure manuals and Internal Method Sheets (IMS).
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers and leadership.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

JOB SUMMARY
Training to ensure castings meet the customer requirements for grain inspection and have a basic working knowledge of the grain etch/chemical clean process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Learn to visual Inspection of castings in the grain etch condition.
* Learn to map Grain Defects
* Lift and carry baskets.
* Enter data into computer.
* Learn to read and follow all applicable grain read PEIs and customer specifications.
* Take light meter reading.
* Chemical Clean (occasionally)
* Learn to grain Etch (to gain an understanding of the grain etch process)
* Lift and carry baskets above and around acid tanks.
* Rinse off castings using pressure washer.
* Obtain the required number of hours to become a Grain Read/Etch Level II

JOB SUMMARY
The Shipping / Receiving & Production Technician will work to maintain daily transactions of all items received to the dock and all customer shipments leaving the dock.
This role will also cross train in some production areas to assist daily Production as needed
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Verify, sign off, and enter receipt of incoming shipments into Oracle in a timely manner
* Visually inspect contents to ensure packages aren't damaged
* Collaborate with procurement staff to determine expected deliveries and assist with any matching hold issues that arise
* Compare identifying information (counts, weights or measures) of shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
* Manage and monitor the usage of supply crib items, in collaboration with the buyer, and disburse items as needed to appropriate departments
* Operate company box truck in safe and orderly fashion, following state and local driving laws
* Coordinate with CPP Eastlake and CPP Euclid shipping/receiving personnel as needed.
* Load/Unload product and pack parts for shipment.
* Operate pallet jacks and powered industrial vehicles to move product, supplies, materials, etc.
as needed.
* Assist with WIP audits and inventories as needed
* Operate and monitor critical production machinery while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Document and perform basic troubleshooting on production machinery
