In this role, you will:
Leadership and Team Management
* Direction, and guidance to the accounts receivable team

Credit Management and Risk Assessment
* Adhere to credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and bad debt exposure.
* Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
* Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and take proactive measures to mitigate risk.
Collections and Cash Application
* Manage the collections process to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
* Implement collection strategies to accelerate payment and minimize ageing.
* Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments to open invoices.
Customer Reconciliations and Dispute Resolution
* Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers while enforcing payment terms and policies.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
* Generate regular reports and analysis on accounts receivable performance, aging, and cash flow forecasting.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and KPI tracking!
Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance the accounts’ receivable function.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cash flow, reduce DSO, and improve overall financial performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
* Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.

WAVE is currently looking for a Packout to join our team!
Schedule for this position: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday.
Day shift hours are 6:00am to 4:00pm.
This position is responsible for activities associated with the operation of a packout, assembly of cartons and complete packing process for finished goods.
The packout also assists a production operator in performing timely and accurate quality checks, coil changeovers and maintaining overall operations of the production line.
Responsibilities
* Duties include obtaining carton blanks, form/fold cartons, staple ends, apply labels and place carton in packout machine.
* Provide visual attention in monitoring operation and quality of product.
* Must be able to analyze any malfunctions and complete machine troubleshooting procedures to correct breakdowns or product defects.
* Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
* Perform all work in a safe manner; use proper lock-out procedures during repairs or machine adjustments.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and make certain that all safety equipment is in proper working order.
* Operate overhead bridge crane for loading/unloading of raw material, as well as other hand powered tools (training provided).
* Perform these and other related duties as assigned or directed.
* Actively participate in communication and WAVE culture.
Desired Experience
* Preferred; knowledge and experience of machinery in manufacturing environment, or similar

Under general supervision, the Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment.

• Effectively stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, while labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management.
• In compliance with OSHA standards, operate equipment (sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double pallet jacks and RF scanners) in a manner that promotes safety.
• Must be able to meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes and may be required to perform other duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed.
What Experience and Education You Need:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.
