Située près de Grenoble, la Mutuelle d'Entreprises Schneider Electric (MESE) intervient dans le régime de prévoyance Petit Risque, appelé également "couverture frais de santé".
La MESE est réservée aux salariés et ex-salariés (retraités) des entreprises adhérentes du groupe Schneider Electric.
Vous intégrerez l'équipe informatique de la MESE avec pour objectif d'assister le RSI.
Missions :
Dans le cadre de votre mission de Chargé(e) de projet Systèmes d'information Junior, vous serez amené(e) à effectuer les missions suivantes :
Assister le RSI
* Gestion :
+ des projets d'évolution du SI (digitalisation..)
+ des interfaces entre Schneider et la MESE
* Tester sous la supervision du RSI, les évolutions du SI en lien avec le prestataire informatique :
+ lors de mise en place d'évolution à la demande de la MESE,
+ lors de déploiement de nouvelle version du SI.
Assurer la mission d'assistance des gestionnaires
* Former les nouveaux entrants qui vont utiliser le SI MESE (+ remise de documentation)
* Découverte IZY (accès / navigation / utilisation)
* Découverte AVISE (accès / navigation / utilisation)
Assurer un support technique aux gestionnaires sur les SI (1er niveau) en liaison avec le prestataire externe, être le support informatique et bureautique sur installation basic en liaison avec l'assistance Schneider Electric.
Former les gestionnaires sur les évolutions du SI en y joignant la procédure (avec support RSI)
Diffuser les procédures du système d'information (SI) et les expliquer aux gestionnaires (avec support RSI)
Mettre à disposition des rapports fiables
* Mettre en place et tenir à jour un rapport en lien avec les activités opérationnelles.
(Responsable de la diffusion et de l'archivage)
* Mettre mensuellement à jour le plan de contrôle
Contribuer aux différentes phases du contrôle interne
* Suivre les incidents liés au SI (1er Niveau) :
* Ouverture des tickets après analyse du problème
* Participer ensuite avec le support du RSI à la résolution les incidents détectés dans le SI
* Proposer des évolutions des différentes activités liés au contrôle interne.
Contribuer à l'analyse des données
* A l'aide de l'outil Power BI, participer à la création de rapports et de tableaux de bord permettant au CODIR de prendre les bonnes décisions.
Profil
Bac +4 / 5, Ingénieur ou Master, spécialité Systèmes d'information et organisation
Anglais courant (minimum B2)
Bonnes connaissances de la Suite Office 365.
Une première expérience en stage ou alternance en support informatique serait un plus.
Vous êtes orienté(e) client avec une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe.
Capacité d'analyse et maitrise des outils informatiques.
Durée : 1 ou 2 ans.
