Dairy Feed Sales
We're hiring a Purina Feed Sales Rep to focus primarily on adult dairy feed sales with our partner co-op in the SE MN/NE IA territory.
This role focuses on selling feed and all related products that will optimize the cooperative/dealer's market share and savings, improve the cooperative/dealer's efficiency, and help to achieve the cooperative/dealer's mission and goals.
This is a remote (virtual) field-based sales position that must be located within the geographic territory of SE MN/NE IA.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Calling on dairy operationsto evaluate existing feeding programs, and to recommend and assist them with their nutritional programs.
* Selling/Consulting at the farm gate (up to 25 farm calls per week) with the end goal of creating nutrition programs for dairy cattle that include Purina products and programs and growing sales and market share.
This includes developing new prospects and making sales cold calls.
Experience/Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field strongly desired.
* Candidates with a pending bachelor's degree or candidates who possess proven sales and industry experience may be considered.
* Previous Sales experience highly desired.
* At minimum a basic command of making nutritional and feeding recommendations to dairy owners in the market.
* Candidate should have an understanding ofadult dairy husbandry, current management practices, and nutritional guidelines, general market, and industry knowledge.
Work and life experience in management and care of adult dairy cattle.
* Competent in providing accurate feeding and management recommendations.
* Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office, plus the ability to be trained on ration balancing software (HerdSmart), DC305, Salesforce etc.
* Strong background and previous professional experience with dairy cattle .

Vous rapportez au Responsable Production et Release Management.
Vos missions :
* Prendre en charge les dysfonctionnements de la plateforme de production : qualification de ces dysfonctionnements, évaluation de leur impact, enrichissement de la description du dysfonctionnement avec des informations additionnelles
* Suivre la résolution avec l'équipe - notamment le Product Owner et le Technical Leader afin d'assurer une correction dans les délais souhaités (SLA).
* Communiquer de manière pro-active et fréquente avec l'ensemble des représentants des équipes affectées par le dysfonctionnement, jusqu'à la validation du correctif en production ; prise en charge d'un post-mortem complet après validation de la résolution.
* Déclencher la matrice d'escalade quand nécessaire, ainsi que le déclenchement d'une " war room " avec les équipes techniques.
* Garantir la pérennité de la plateforme en identifiant avec les équipes produits et techniques, les actions à prendre pour corriger de façon permanente les dysfonctionnements récurrents ou dont l'impact s'aggrave avec le temps.
* Coordonner les opérations et le suivi des actions en réponse aux incidents de sécurité en production (cyber-attaques, failles de sécurité critiques, détection de vulnérabilités) en lien avec le Security Lead de HDVS et les équipes de développement.
* Coordonner et suivre les interactions, dans le cadre des responsabilités de l'équipe RUN - assurer la stabilité de la plateforme en production, avec certains partenaires externes liés au paiement (Adyen, Checkout, Stripe, Alipay, Wechatpay), fraude (Riskified, Adyen), hosting (Smile), communications (Yunpian, Brevo).
* Contribuer activement au suivi et à la conformité des certifications PCI DSS pour garantir la sécurité des données de paiement.
* Travailler, en collaboration avec les équipes de développement, sur des stratégies préventives pour anticiper de futures failles liées à la sécurité et à la fraude au paiement, notamment en termes d'observabilité et d'alerting.

Missions principales :
Assurer la " Compliance " du panel Fournisseurs (audit, suivi et accompagnement)
Dans cette mission, une attention particulière sera portée à la Compliance sur l'ensemble de la filière de chaque Fournisseur, dans le cadre de la responsabilité d'Hermès incombant à son rôle de prescripteur sur les matières.
Ces missions s'articulent en collaboration forte avec les équipes Compliance.

La mission du Prêt-à-Porter est de créer, développer, produire et vendre des collections faisant la part belle aux matières naturelles et aux imprimés colorés, en réinventant chaque saison (PE et AH) les essentiels d'un vestiaire dont la fabrication est confiée, pour l'essentiel, à des partenaires externes.
