Job Summary
The Sr Manager position will lead a high-performing group responsible for multiple Splunk deployments and data onboarding to enable visibility into cloud infrastructure across multiple organizations.
This role will focus on achieving business objectives and meeting stakeholder needs by partnering with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT governance, including providing leadership and direction in the support and utilization of the technology capabilities of the organization.

- Oversee Cloud Engineers daily technical tasks.
- Oversee customer service functions and staff daily to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to customers and stakeholders.
