This position is for an Electronics Design Engineer who will work in the high voltage power supply group reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of micro power supply design, analog circuitry, embedded systems, etc.
Responsibilities will include the design of new high voltage micro power supplies, starting from the product concept, to breadboard proof of circuitry, to prototypes, and release to production.
These devices are high voltage, low current designs typically 50-200 mW.
The work includes preparation of project proposals; circuit design and analysis; PC board layout concept & requirements; mechanical design supervision and concept formulation; stress and reliability analysis of circuitry; component specification, de-rating and selection; cost analysis; and preparation of product documentation.
