* Réalisation des plans des verrouillages mécaniques
* Définir les calibres et les réglages des disjoncteurs BT sur le logiciel CANECO

Nous vous proposons d'intégrer notre équipe au sein du département des Appels d'offres (Tendering) de l'usine AMT Mâcon.
Vous serez chargé(e) de construire et d'élaborer les offres - tout en assurant l'intégration des éléments techniques et la rentabilité attendue par Schneider Electric - pour des projets variés, à partir des données d'entrée qualifiées par les commerciaux.
* Préparer et soumettre des offres en respectant les exigences techniques et commerciales.
* Analyser les documents d'appel d'offres et identifier les risques potentiels en définissant les éventuelles déviations.
* Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour recueillir les informations nécessaires à la préparation des offres.
Suivant la nature de l'offre, faire établir des devis auprès des fournisseurs externes référencés.
* S'assurer qu'une analyse formelle des risques et un plan de mitigation sont effectués sur les appels d'offres appropriés et sont soumis avec les demandes d'approbation.
* Assurer la vérification et la validation des commandes reçues en ligne avec les devis.
* Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies de soumission pour maximiser les chances de succès.
* Assurer un haut niveau de service d'appel d'offres en fournissant des offres aux collègues à temps.
* Maintenir à jour les systèmes de suivi des opportunités et des devis.
* Lorsque la commande client est reçues, la vérifier et la faire enregistrer selon le processus.
* Préparer et réaliser la revue du transfert vers l'équipe réalisation.
* A l'issue du projet, participer avec l'équipe projet, la finance et le commerce à l'analyse des gains/pertes afin de capitaliser le retour d'expérience.

Maintain Spiritual Care Policies and Procedures in coordination with leadership.

Provide spiritual comfort to clinical associates/providers, patients, and families by visiting patients on a regular basis offering pastoral counseling, religious rituals, and referrals to community religious resources as requested.

Coordinate the CPE program and supervise CPE interns and residents.

Maintains adherence to standards for accreditation of CPE program.

Manage the fiscal resources in the department in coordination with leadership.

Hold membership on the NCH Delaware Ethics Committee and participate in ethical consults as requested.
Requirements:
* Masters level degree in Divinity, Pastoral Counseling, or other appropriate discipline required.
* A minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education training in an accredited program is required.
* Certified by a National Pastoral Care Association required.
* CPE Supervisor/Educator or Supervisor in Training in the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy (CPSP), ACPE membership and or Clinical Pastoral Education International (CPEI) required.
* Certified by a National Pastoral Care Association required.
* Previous Hospital experience preferred
* Must live within an hour from the hospital.

Responsibilities include rounding with Nemours Neonatologists on NICU patients.
The level III NICU is staffed with Nemours Advance Practice Providers and Neonatologists.
Essential Functions:
* Manages and provides care for the patient requiring neonatal intensive care utilizing collaborative consultation with team members, under the direction and supervision (but not necessarily the direct attendance) of an attending neonatologist.
* Conducts parent interviews and takes family history.
* Collaborates with neonatologists concerning pertinent historical events, physical findings, diagnostic and therapeutic measures initiated on all admissions.
* Orders appropriate laboratory tests and procedures.
* Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures necessary and appropriate for the care of the patient.
