Responsibilities-
• Partner with multiple IT and business teams throughout various software development stages for applications built to support Cigna Voluntary and Dental product offerings;
• Lead root cause analysis process and provide support for production defects, subsequently resolving or routing to the teams accountable for service restoration;
• Partner in Post Implementation and Warranty project phases, and approve deferred defects;
• Participate in Agile PI planning and sprint demo sessions to represent product support;
• Oversee the various escalation processes for multiple work efforts including Issue Tickets, Service Request Issues, Root Cause Analysis, and /or Escalated Workarounds;
