A Coach handles camper group management and assists with sports instruction and games in SportsLab, ESF’s multi-sports camp, powered by Under Armour.

Requirements:
* Sports Background:
+ Experience playing youth, scholastic, or college sports preferred, especially soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, football, and/or lacrosse.
+ Prior experience playing high school, club, or college sports preferred.
* Experience: We are looking for experience working with children.
+ Previous experience working with children in a camp setting is preferred.
+ Youth coaching experience preferred.
* Age Requirements: Must be at least age 18 by the start of camp.
* Hours: Typically, from 8:30 am to 3:40 pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for extended hours for additional income.
* Schedule Commitment: Any schedule changes or time off must be pre-approved by the site director.
* Required Training: Complete all required ESF and state-mandated training and onboarding.
