JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be located in the Central or Midwest Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong focus on service and results, along with exceptional administrative, leadership, and organizational skills.

They must be capable of making timely and appropriate decisions.

Experience in performance management, salary administration, training, staff development, and succession planning is highly beneficial.

The candidate should be an articulate communicator with a genuine interest in helping others achieve both corporate and personal goals.

A thorough understanding of Chubb's systems, procedures, claims handling philosophy, and claims handling requirements/protocols is highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate must effectively manage business relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring issues and complaints are investigated and resolved fairly and equitably.

The pay range for the role is $71,900 to $134,700.

The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
