IS Applications Manager - Oracle Cloud

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Applicants hired into this position can work from most states.

Your focus will span:


* Partnering with leaders across IS and business teams such as Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain to drive value, innovation, and growth across UW Health.


* Playing a leadership role in shaping the business technology ecosystem at UW Health.


* Leading transformative technology initiatives such as our Oracle Cloud implementation and optimization across UW Health's Wisconsin and Northern Illinois locations.


* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Cloud platform and other HR, Supply Chain and Finance systems and integrations.


* Recruiting, growing, mentoring and retaining a talented, passionate team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


* Partnering with our analytics teams in developing and maintaining analytic solutions that will improve decision making and outcomes.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Required


* Four (4) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree Required


* Master's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field strongly Preferred

Work Experience



* Demonstrated success leading the design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of medium to large scale solutions including some experience leading without direct authority.
