RN Clinic Manager - General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Beaver Dam

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager to:


* Support our growing pediatric care team.


* Engage with our providers and staff to ensure quality and efficient care delivery.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required


* Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required


* 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred


* Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification
