The O2O KA Manager is responsible for the whole business of ELM Health and JD Health O2O for Selfcare Products (OTC and Healthcare food):

Key Responsibilities:


* Platform owner of ELM and JD Health O2O, responsible for the sales & market share performance and business model shaping of the two platforms, taking charge of JBP, goal setting, investment, platform daily operation & marketing campaign, innovated partnership, etc.


* Keep close collaboration with internal stakeholders including but no limit on marketing, shopper marketing and offline sales for innovated but effective business model and better sales & operational performance.


* ISV management, including data, content, basic operation, investment control, etc.

Required Qualifications


* 3 years working experience, prefer O2O, EC, marketing or customer marketing in OTC industry


* Bachelor's degree or above.

* Strong sense of data and business.


* Good communication skills.


* Good command of English.


* Strong excel and power point skills.
