What Will You Do?

We are looking for self-driven experienced leader in Procurement in with a proven track record of management, processes implementation and improvement, able to work in fast-growing, agile environment, taking ownership and leadership in different workstreams and collaborate with teams across the world.

You will be leading TSA exit and execute Procurement scope, redesign & shift on-time.

After exiting, the project manager will support the digital and process area to shape the future processes, maximizing the ability of newly created function to deliver in-line with a balanced value proposition, driving procurement process excellence.

You will be responsible for working with the c ross-functional and global operations teams to drive process improvement and business performance in support of the E2E S2C Process.

You will work closely with the Procurement Excellence Leadership Team and the TSA leadership team and engage with functions across Kenvue to achieve business objectives and financial goals.

In this role you will partner with Procurement Transformation team in implementing our new digital strategy, support transition from current tools and workflows to our new systems landscape and best-in-class processes towards a leaner and efficient Procurement.

You will support better and faster functional decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead remaining TSA S2C exit globally in collaboration with internal and external partners

• Ensure seamless execution and exit on-time for S2C TSAs globally.

• Measure performance of the global procurement processes

• Responsible for governing solution readiness, milestone tracking for exit and scaled appropriately to balance optimizing while stabilising operations
