What you will do

The Make Asset Management and Cost of Production Lead will be responsible for leading and supervising the Engineering and MAKE Packaging team for all Liquid, Sanpro & Powder technologies, to perform a wide range of activities associated with the upgrades of current manufacturing equipment, installation of new manufacturing machines including end-to-end line qualification to meet the requirements for manufacturing a dynamic and diverse portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a variety of capital and expenditure projects from feasibility study, investigating, evaluation and justification through purchase and installation to completion for New Product Development Projects (NPD), Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) and New Initiative Engineering projects, ensuring that the Company's standards of performance and quality are maintained or improved.

• Control and organize all aspects of capital projects when designated, from initial concept scoping and cost estimating through to installation, commissioning and handover to production and maintenance.

• Select suitable contractors and ensure the performing to company safety and quality standards.

• Estimate the total project cost set up and manage the project budget accordingly.

• Establish the project schedule and manage the project to meet the schedule, budget and quality.

• Initiate and control the design, supply and installation of modifications to existing equipment to improve efficiency, reduce costs and in compliance with Global quality standards by modifications of purchased / existing equipment.

• Keep up to date with the techniques, equipment and materials being used and developed for Consumer Industries.
