Role reports to: Sr Director, Portfolio & Operations Lead

Location: Kenvue ' s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $247,250 .

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Strategy & Portfolio Director is a key role within our Kenvue Tech & Data (KTD) organization, responsible for maximizing the value returned to Kenvue through its investments and operations in technology and data.

This role will partner closely with and be a key member of the Supply Chain / Operations Technology (SCT) leadership team.

Key Responsibilities


* Monitor industry trends and shape Kenvue's strategic investments in technology and data for the Supply Chain / Operations organization


* Align KTD priorities with Kenvue's OKRs, maximizing value returned to the company


* Actively monitor the health and performance of our Supply Chain / Operations KTD investments; inspect, adapt, and pivot, as necessary to ensure value is maximized


* Drive lean and healthy portfolio processes, including investment council ceremonies to align prioritization of investments and guardrail allocations across SCT product lines (Plan & Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and ERP), and the mobilization, approval and execution of investments


* Facilitate the annual creation of financial business plans for the SCT Product Lines, towards delivering against our objective to drive a more competitive cost structure for KTD
