This position reports into Group Brand Activation Manger Selfcare & Professional and is based in Portugal.

What will you do

The Junior Brand Activation Manger will be working within the Brand Activation Team in Portugal and reporting to the Group Brand Activation Manager of Selfcare & Professional, will contribute to the growth of our iconic brands, such as Cêgripe, Imodium, Kompensan, Nicorette among others.

through the knowledge of our consumer/shopper/patient and market dynamics, participating actively on the development of innovative programs and go to market initiates that generate consumer & Shopper involvement and continues to build our love brands and lead to categories development.

Key Responsibilities


* Customer and Consumer understanding - Getting insights (external & internal) according to existing tools and methodologies and transform it into actions that will generate the expected amazing growth for our brands with our customers.


* Business Plan Implementation -Brand Activation Plans ensure the implementation: innovation management, drive consumers behavior, category development partnering with our customers, POS activation with perfect execution and customer engagement.

Contributes to design of and executes brand plans, project and programs that deliver against ambitious short-term and long-term objectives.


* Connect with cluster and regional teams - Be part of the Cluster and Local Squad's (high performing teams) leveraging the PT indicatives, proposing new ideas, sharing local insights, taking the regional and cluster benchmarks for the local market.


* Working closely with AGILE cross department teams that exist in the following processes:
+ Direct to Consumer Activities
+ New Product Launch
+ Point Of Sales Activities
+ Forecast
+ Other processes and activities that require multi-function task forces
+ Special focus on working with: South European Cluster, Sales and Regulatory & MedicalPricing strategy and Monitoring



* Brand reviews and Sales meetings - Presenting on results and activities, priorities, engage with sales team to develop the strong plans for the brands.
